Shipping Terms & Conditions
DELIVERY SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT We require a signature to insure against loss, theft or damage, and to provide detailed tracking and proof of delivery.
WAIVER OF DELIVERY SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT If you wish to waive a delivery signature, you must specify as such on your purchase order. Once the signature requirement is waived, Bastideaux is not liable for any lost or otherwise undelivered packages. Replacement orders will not be shipped without full payment and/or a new purchase order.
RETURNED SHIPMENTS Packages are sometimes returned to us because: 1) the recipient was unavailable to sign for delivery, 2) one or more delivery attempts were made, and 3) the package was not picked up at a the UPS access point In these instances, Bastideaux requires full payment — equal to the original shipping charge — to arrange re-shipment. Returned shipments are not eligible for refund or cancellation.
ADDRESS CHANGES + CORRECTIONS In the event that an incorrect address is provided on a purchase order — including incomplete addresses, changes to postal codes or any missing information required to successfully complete delivery — a $30 charge will apply to make the correction with UPS Bastideaux is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the client. Any fees incurred due to incorrect shipping information or unavailability to receive a scheduled delivery will be billed back to the client and must be settled before we arrange re-shipment.
