At BASTIDEAUX, all pillows are made to order and crafted exclusively for you. Production time is approximately 2–4 weeks from the date of purchase. Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

RETURNS

We want you to love your BASTIDEAUX products as much as we do and are happy to provide swatches or suggestions before you place your order. For questions about merchandise or our return policy, please email us at inquiries@bastideaux.com.

Because our products are custom-made for you, they cannot be exchanged or refunded once production begins. To ensure your order meets your expectations, we encourage you to reach out with any questions or for assistance before finalizing your purchase.

Please keep in mind:

• All pillows are custom-made and are not returnable.
• Items purchased as Sale, Ready to Ship, or Print-to-Order are final sale and not eligible for return.
• Bastideaux reserves the right to cancel orders if deemed fraudulent or spam.

EXCHANGES

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, we will gladly replace it at no additional shipping cost to you. Please contact us at inquiries@bastideaux.com for assistance with replacements.
